We offer a range of affordable monthly care plans for both gas and LPG boilers. Care plans provide cover for your boiler.
We offer a range of affordable monthly care plans for both gas and LPG boilers. Care plans provide cover for your boiler and central heating system in the event of a breakdown. All of our plans include an annual boiler service as standard.
Care Plans for Homeowners
Our care plans are available for gas and LPG boilers, as well as air conditioning systems.
As a care plan customer you can benefit from priority call outs and no call out charges. You can also add additional cover for your cylinder/header tanks, heating controls, radiators and smart controls for complete peace of mind in the event of an issue or a breakdown.
Air Conditioning Service Payment Plan
- Full strip down and internal clean of indoor units including the coils, condenser and airways with rinse through.
- Visual inspection of outdoor units and clean as required.
This payment plan does not cover any repairs or re-gassing its a payment plan only.

When you have been on one of our care plans for 5 years you can request a full service strip down where we will also change the flame sensor, spark electrodes and clean the airways, at the small extra cost of £25 + VAT. This is a great way to keep your boiler working at its full potential.

- Boiler Replacement Cover, up to £400 inc vat if up to 5 years old and deemed beyond economical repair.
- £150 inc vat towards the cost of a new boiler if more than 5 years old but less than 10years old and deemed beyond economical repair.

- Radiators and TRV's (Thermostatic radiator valves).

- Standard domestic central heating pumps
- Standard domestic motorised valves.

What is covered?
Plumbing Plan Add-on plan for Silver or Gold plans
- Repairs to leaks on hot water and cold water pipes inside your property between the stopcock and your taps or appliance.
- Toilets - maximum of 2 repairs to leaking toilets in your property, syphons, valves and ball cocks throughout your 12 months term.
- Taps - no labour charge just the cost of the replacement should taps need replacing, such as basin, bath , utility, kitchen or outside taps. (subject to terms and conditions)
This payment plan does not cover showers.
